Provides telephone reassurance service. Seeks volunteers for phone service, to assist with budgeting, making visits to individuals in the community and at facilities (Ombudsman volunteer), or assisting seniors with insurance questions (trained PA MEDI volunteer).

Maintains the mission of York County Human Services Division to provide equal access to services that support the safety and well-being of all eligible residents in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provides oversight of the following through the administrative office: Area Agency on Aging; Office of Children, Youth, and Families (Child Welfare Hotline: 1-800-932-0313); York-Adams Mental Health/Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (York-Adams MH-IDD); York-Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission; York-Adams Health Choices Management Unit; and York County Youth Development Center.
