Application process
Referral from the Respite Management Agency through Youth Advocate Program (YAP), Family Based Mental Health Providers, county providers
Fee
Funded by individual counties, Youth Advocate Program, Family Based Mental Health Programs; Must have a Contract or Letter of Agreement in place
Eligibility
Children age 21 or under, with an open case with the County Base Service Unit, members through PerformCare, and/or receiving Family Based Mental Health Services whose agency has a contract in place
