Offers both short-term stays to support recovery after illness or surgery and long-term care for individuals who require 24/7 nursing support. Short-term stays can occur in either our long-term care facility or on a swing bed, which is located on our acute care floor, depending on individual needs. Provides on-site Emergency services, in-house wound care services, in-house specialty physicians, and 24-hour availability to laboratory, radiology, and hospital services. Supports discharge planning and connection to resources needed for a safe return home.
