Description

Free aquatic classes for people 60 and over available throughout the community year round. Instructors lead participants thorough a one hour class that incorporates cardiovascular and strength exercises. Lancaster City YMCA 265 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30am to 10:30am Lampeter YMCA 800 Village Rd, Lancaster Friday, 9:00am to 10:00am New Holland YMCA 123 North Shirk Road, New Holland Monday, 11:30am to 12:30pm Lititz Rec Center 301 West Maple Street, Lititz Wednesday, 10:45am to 11:45am Click here for a list of other Health and Wellness Programs
