Residents of Bucks County age 18+ with case manager referral from an approved United Way of Bucks County Member Agency or by self-referral through our website.
Hours
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00am to 4:30pm First Tuesday of the month, 9:00am to 8:00pm Wednesday, 1:00 pm to 4:30pm First Saturday of the month, 9:00am to 1:00pm

Application process
Case managers submit an intake form and book an appointment for their clients through our website. If you do not have a case manager through a nonprofit agency, please fill out the form on the website and the HELP Center will contact you as soon as possible.
