Serves those youth exiting foster care, institutional care or other
related higher level of care. Single parenting youth will be
considered. NO COUPLES as it is an independent living program!
Eligibility into the program is discretionary. If the individual youth
is deemed eligible, the appropriate housing options will be discussed
with the youth. The youth should show interest in participating in
supportive services to be considered eligible. If the Youth cannot
live independently or the end goal isn’t to live independently, then
they are not an appropriate referral for the TAY program.
