Supports individuals who are ready to rebuild—providing the tools, resources, and encouragement needed to find and maintain secure, affordable, and sustainable housing. Provides Housing placement assistance, including rent, security deposit, and utility support; Financial guidance to help you build strong budgeting, saving, and money management habits; Ongoing mentorship to offer guidance, encouragement, and accountability through your transition; and Wraparound services tailored to your needs.

Provides Housing Assistance, Family Reunification Services, Mentoring Services, Workforce Development Services, and Life Skills to individuals who are justice-involved. Re-entrants who are on State Parole must receive Workforce Development and Mentoring referrals from their Parole Agents.
