Eligibility

Must own and occupy a home in Allegheny county. Must meet income requirements and be approved for 1% interest loan from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to cover the cost of the work.

Weekdays, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Weatherization services including, but not limited to: roof replacement, furnaces repair/replacement, windows, doors, insulation and ductwork. Work is completed through a contractor and financed through a 1% interest loan that covers the cost of repairs.

Creates affordable home ownership opportunities with and for low income families. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses alongside homeowner partner families. ReStores offer quality used and surplus building materials at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the sales help to fund the construction of Habitat houses within local communities.
