Eligibility
Individuals who are 18 years or older who have one or more diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Major Mood Disorders, Schizoaffective Disorder, Psychotic Disorder, and or Borderline Personality Disorder.

Referrals are made with your practitioner, psychiatrist, therapist or psychologist. Self-Referral is also accepted.
Fees
Services are primarily may be paid for through Community Care Behavioral Health, Medical Assistance and some private insurance companies. If an individual has no insurance coverage, they may request their county of residence MH/ID administrative office for assistance with payment.
