Eligibility
A) Individuals and/or families meeting income guidelines
B) Resident of Perry County for at least six months
C) Must have some form of income
D) Must be facing eviction or have a threat of eviction

Hourly Case Manager Available: Monday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Provides grants to maintain individuals in permanent residence, assists with transition to alternate housing, and moves individuals into housing from shelters.

Provides drug/alcohol outpatient treatment services, school and community-based drug/alcohol prevention services, and assistance for Perry County residents facing eviction or those needing help with a security deposit. We are NOT the county assistance office.
