Road Maintenance
Responsible for the maintenance of all state roads spanning 1200 miles within Lancaster County, 760 bridges, and over 50,000 signs. Accepts reports on potholes, road hazards, and other road maintenance problems. Administers the Adopt-a-Highway Program. Groups pledge to maintain a stretch of roadway or highway. The county, municipality, and the traffic or state route number should be identified.
