Serves women and their families in the Franklin County area, offering assistance with information needed to make educated decisions regarding a pregnancy-related issue. Provides medical services that operate under the direction of a local physician, who oversees the medical policies and reviews procedures on a regular basis with our Nurse Manager. Performs on-site ultrasound and STI testing performed by trained staff under the supervision of a registered nurse. Ultrasound services are conducted by registered nurses trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound through an AWHONN-approved program, with scans reviewed and signed by a qualified obstetrician-gynecologist. Refers individuals to local OB-GYNs or physicians for prenatal or other medical care.
