Provides employment for people 55+. The Senior Community Service Employment Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor under Title IV of the Older American Act. Income must not exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Additionally provides residential and community-based education programs to court-adjudicated youth, and sponsor residential and community-based care for persons who are developmentally delayed.
