Eligibility for CRISIS is determined by the Lackawanna Co Assistance Office. Must be referred by the County assistance office.

Season opens: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 through Friday, April 10th, 2026
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Provides LIHEAP crisis service involving: supply shortages, repair/replacement of non-functioning primary heating systems, fuel lines, broken windows and pipe-thawing.
