Description
Official recorder of deeds, mortgages, power of attorneys, satisfaction pieces, oil leases, ordinances, assignments and releases of mortgage. This office is responsible for the administration of: Recorder of Wills, Recorder of Deeds, Marriage licenses, adoptions, relinquishments, settlements, guardianships, birth and death records (1893 through 1905), genealogy letters, deed and mortgage indexes.
