An individual must meet certain criteria to be eligible for services in the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Program: A) Diagnosis of an Intellectual Disability B) Have an Autism diagnosis C) Under nine (9) years of age with a developmental disability, Please call and request to speak with a Program Specialist about an intake/eligibility assessment.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Closed weekends and all county-observed holidays

Partners with the community to provide services to individuals from birth to age 3, children, adolescents, and adults with a serious mental illness, an intellectual disability, or a developmental delay or autism. Develops and assures the availability of quality MH/IDD/EI services and supports for individuals and families.
Franklin County Government
Franklin County is governed by a board of three county commissioners elected every four years by the citizens who live here.
