Low-income households; preference given to applicants who are: Individuals or families who reside or work within Berks County Veterans or the spouse of a Veteran

Application process

Applications must be submitted online. Only applicants who are unable to complete the online application due to a disability should call. Waiting list opening will be announced in the local paper 2 weeks prior to opening and on the housing authority's website.

A percentage of income is paid towards rent and utilities.
