Children with developmental delays 0 to 3 years old. Children and families residents of Carbon, Monroe, Pike, Luzerne and Wyoming counties.
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Must be evaluated by independent evaluation team through county of residence.
Services to eligible individuals are free.

Providing early childhood services. Provides early intervention services including individualized developmental therapies that assist in child development. Family and caregiver support and education are also available. Staffs developmental specialists, speech pathologists, dietary specialists, cccupational and physical therapists.
ECD Connections - Monroe County
Provides early intervention and early childhood services; services and supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays. Agency also provides training opportunities for professionals as well as Pennsylvania State Developmental Screenings for eligible groups.
