Eligibility
Must be age 18 or above, a resident of Westmoreland County, have current criminal justice involvement, and have an identified mental health need (with or without substance use).
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Self-referral, referral by County BH/DS office, or court-related personnel
Fees
Provided free of charge.

Offers a support service to assist Westmoreland County residents who are currently involved in the criminal justice system and living with behavioral health concerns (with or without substance use disorder). Criminal Justice Liaison collaborates with providers, court-related personnel, and others to help coordinate treatment, care, service planning, and connect to higher level case management services, as needed.

Assists clients in accessing services and provides ongoing service coordination, supports coordination, case management services, monitoring, and support. Works to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individualized needs. WCSI serves over 6,000 individuals residing in Westmoreland and surrounding counties who are in need of Behavioral Health, Intellectual Disability, and Early Intervention Services.
