Eligibility
Armstrong County residents age 60 and older who meet income guidelines. Call or visit the website for details.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm 2025: Distribution Dates: Distribution Dates: June 18 and 19, Kittanning Senior Center (125 Queen Street, Kittanning) from 9:00am to 1:00pm. June 25 and 26, Area Agency on Aging (120 S. Grant Avenue Suite 4, Kittanning) from 9:00am to 1:00pm. After the June 26, vouchers and applications will be available every Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm only, at the Area Agency on Aging Office, until depleted.
Application process
Call for information. Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on the designated distribution day. Visit the website for an application. Return by mail or email.
