Eligibility
Residents of Westmoreland County living in a home built prior to 1978 and with children under the age of 6 (residing or visiting) or a pregnant woman present in the household; Property taxes and homeowners insurance must be current and must meet income guidelines.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Application process
Submit a pre-screen online (go to APPLY tab on website) or call for more information and/or to set up a day and time to come in and complete the Lead Safe application/paperwork.
