Provides legal services to low-income individuals with disabilities and to the deaf and hard of hearing in most areas of civil law including: child custody, child support, protection from abuse, landlord-tenant, divorce (no-fault), debt collection, Medicaid, Medicare, increasing access to healthcare, simple wills, living wills, and power of attorney.
