Homeless Services and Housing Assistance Programs
Strives to ensure that individuals and families that are at risk of homelessness receive the prevention and intervention services to address their various housing needs while offering connection to other supportive services. Services include: Emergency Shelter Services, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Shelter Plus Care, and Homeless Prevention Programs.
