Eligibility

A) Household income at or below 250% of poverty level B) Must reside or work in Centre County C) Must not have insurance on services in which you are applying D) Full-time students at Penn State University or Lock Haven University are not eligible for CVIM services.

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Fridays, 8:00am to 4:00pm
