Eligibility
Serves Westmoreland County residents. Anyone who is the victim of or suspects abuse or neglect may call. Reports can be made anonymously.
Hours
After-Hours Hotline: 24/7. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Application process
Call the main number during office hours. After 4:00pm, or on weekends/holidays, call the After-Hours Hotline (814-296-6332).
Fees
Services are provided at no charge.

Provides resources and support to prevent, detect, reduce, or eliminate self-neglect, neglect by a caregiver, or the physical, sexual, or psychological abuse, financial exploitation, or abandonment of older adults. If an older adult is in immediate danger, call 911.
