At Central Pennsylvania Community Action, Inc., we are dedicated to helping homeowners in our communities lower their utility bills while creating safer, healthier, and more comfortable homes through the following weatherization services: PA Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP); Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program - (LIHEAP) CRISIS Program; Penelec & West Penn WARM Program; National Fuel Gas Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP); National Fuel Gas Emergency Repair/Replace Program; and UGI - Central Penn Gas Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP).

Provides low income families with various food products, to supplement their monthly needs. Also provides some individuals with emergency food when necessary.
