Catholic Social Services of the Diocese of Scranton (CSS) - Help Stop the Silence Suicide Prevention and Support
A local program to provide in-school student assemblies, teacher in-services, and community or workplace assemblies providing education on mental health awareness; including how to identify at-risk behaviors to prevent suicide, and where to seek local help. Support for those affected by suicide is also provided; trained volunteers offer peer support to the newly bereaved.
