Family Promise of Southern Chester County - Post-Diversion Program
Provides case management services and a homeless diversion program for families who are in doubled-up or self-pay hotel situations. Once admitted to program, some financial assistance may be available for car repair, small educational loans, specialized clothing for work, pet-care, and move-in costs.

Eligibility
A) Families who are currently without their own home, and living in "doubled-up" situations, or self-pay hotel. B) Families that have one or more children or are currently pregnant. C) Individuals must reside as a family and consider themselves a family unit. D) No history of domestic violence for at least 2 months. E) No drug or alcohol abuse for at least 6 months. F) Available for Southern Chester County residents as defined by the following school districts Avon Grove, Kennett, Oxford, and Unionville-Chadds Ford. We also work with families from the southern parts of the Coatesville, Octorara, and West Chester school districts.
