Provides intensive case management services to coordinate basic needs and provide recovery planning by certified recovery specialist. Manages state and federal to provide access to services for the uninsured and underinsured. Provides provide planning and programming to reduce the devastating impact on persons with substance use disorder, their families and the community at large.
