CORE (Capitalizing On a Recovery Environment) is a long-term community residential program for individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues who returning from prison. CORE utilizes the ROSC (Recovery-Oriented System of Care) model.

Resources for Human Development provides services in 14 states to adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse and those who are homeless. Programs include therapy and counseling services, job training, assisted transportation, crisis intervention, and supportive and/or affordable housing.
