Description
Offers a mentoring program modeled after "Safe Families for Children" in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Connects youth and young adults ages 14 to 26 who are aging out of the Pennsylvania foster care system with a mentor or mentor family who will assist them with the transition into adulthood. The goal is to develop a lifelong support for the young adults in the program.
