Eligibility
Butler County residents whose mental illness presents a barrier to managing their finances.
Must have a diagnosis of a serious mental illness, be enrolled in a mental health service, and have a completed referral form, including a form signed by a physician/physician's assistant or nurse practitioner.
Also accepts individuals with an intellectual disability who need assistance in managing their finances.
