These services include, but are not limited to: Information and referral for services, Senior Centers, Congregate Meals, Person centered assessments, In home care, Personal Emergency, Response Units, Home Delivered Meals, Protective Services, Medicare Counseling, Ombudsman & DOM Care, and SHARE (Shared Housing and Resource Exchange).
