Eligibility
Library cards are free to those living in Sharon, Hermitage, Wheatland, and Farrell. Those living in other municipalities may also get a library card for a fee.
All resources, with the exception of checking books out to take home, are available to the public regardless of library card status.

Fees
Library cards are free of charge for residents of Sharon, Hermitage, or Farrell
Residents of other areas must pay a registration fee of $35.00 per year. Sharpsville residents are reimbursed half of their registration fee if they provide their municipality with a receipt of membership.
