Provides an array of services to persons with mental illness and intellectual disabilities, and also for children from birth to three years of age who may have developmental delays. Agency comprises services for early intervention, drug and alcohol, behavioral health, child/adolescent service system program and supports coordination. Focused on helping individuals develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity to be successful in the the living, learning, working, social environment of their choice.
