Offers 120 fully-furnished single-room occupancy units for rent. Each floor also has a fully renovated bathroom, laundry room, kitchenette, lounge area, and vending facilities. A case manager and drug & alcohol counselor are available on-site to assist any resident requesting support. Emergency community shelter-type rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis with a referral from LifePath Ministries.
