Eligibility
Low-income in families with school age children residing in Philadelphia without home internet access. Anyone may speak with a digital navigator to ask questions and troubleshoot issues, regardless of their income or familial status.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
Application process
Residents of Philadelphia can dial 311 and press "8" to access the digital navigator program line. A resource navigator will then file a ticket and the client will receive a call back from a digital navigator when available. There is an alternative number for callers outside of Philadelphia, but must be city residents to qualify for discounted services.

Intake and assessment provided free of charge.
