Prevents further neighborhood decline by addressing aging and deteriorated housing stock, reverse high rental to owner ratios, correct deteriorated curbs and sidewalks, encourage construction of affordable housing, apply funding to renovate owner occupied residences, and eliminate unsafe conditions in the interest of promoting a visible philosophy of Clean, Safe and Green.
