Assists persons with functional impairments resulting from serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance develop,
enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, independent living, social connections, and educational/vocational competencies within Chester County. On-site program allows for socialization and participation in group activities and individualized activities. Mobile program allows for individualized recovery activities in members’ natural environments using local resources.

Elwyn's Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient site located in Phoenixville, PA (formerly known as Fellowship Health Resources (FHR)), is a nonprofit organization providing both clinical and support services to persons recovering from mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and other life challenges. Our staff is dedicated to delivering and coordinating comprehensive community-based services that promote independence, stability, and increased skill levels for our clients.
