Benefits Access and Neighborhood Energy Center
Assists Philadelphians in achieving financial stability through enrollment in public benefits, including addressing utility affordability. Conducts screening for local, state, and federal benefits based on household size and income. Assists eligible clients with applying for Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), and Utility Emergency Service Funds (UESF).
