Apply online or on paper by downloading an application and returning it in person. Walk in or call for an application if no online access.

Assists low income customers to pay for home heat or heat related services. Provides a cash grant ranging from $200 to $1000, sent directly to the utility company, or a crisis grant ranging from $25 to $1000 for households in immediate danger of being without heat (this may include a problem with a heating system i.e. furnace).
