Residents of Berk's county age 18 and older diagnosed with a serious psychiatric disability, a moderate to severe functional impairment as a result of their psychiatric disability, and interest in making personal progress in at least one of the environmental domains of psychiatric rehabilitation: living, learning, working, or social.

No fees but must have Community Care Behavioral Health as insurer for behavioral healthcare; County Contracted.

Provides a recovery-oriented service that works with individuals to increase their success and satisfaction in their preferred living, learning, working and social environments. MPR staff will work 1:1 with program participants in areas such as determining rehabilitation readiness, skill development, and in establishing an Overall Rehabilitation Goal (ORG). MPR activities are designed to provide the program participant with the opportunity to: become informed about their illness; participate with staff, significant others and/or independently to identify existing strengths, resources, skills and abilities needed to recover; and plan for a program of services and activities that will assist the participant in developing skills to achieve and maintain recovery.
