Eligibility

Primary caregivers for adults age 60 or over or for individuals between 18 and 59 with disabilities. Older adult relative providing care for children under 18.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Fayette, PA Greene, PA Washington, PA
Provides guidance, tools, and limited financial assistance to caregivers who provide hands-on care for another person. The caregiver and care recipient may reside in the same household or in different homes, but the care recipient must reside in Fayette, Greene, or Washington County.
