Eligibility
A) Willingness and ability to transition
to a lower level of care within a two-year
timeframe
B) Ability to maintain sobriety for 3+ months
prior to admission and maintain the ability
to avoid all alcohol and illegal drug use
while in the program
C) Capable of being self-sufficient with all
personal care activities
D) Willingness to attend recommended
health treatment
E) Willingness to take all medications as
prescribed
F) Willingness to accept financial
responsibilities
