Refugee/Asylee Program

Provides assistance to African and Carribean immigrants through outreach services, case management, information and referral, and life skills workshops. Provides case management and referral services and helps refugees and asylees access public services and benefits they are eligible for. Provides culturally appropriate orientation on adjusting to the American way of life. Eliminates impediments through education and resource mobilization. Assists with accessing training, language skills, certifications, etc. Assists older refugees and asylees access needed services. Provides after school programs to refugee and asylee youth through cultural training and after school and youth development program
