Offers case management services for parents who qualify for the self-sufficiency program and are currently in rental housing. Provides monthly one-on-one budget counseling, rent payment assistance, and other supportive services.
North Star of Chester County
Assists single working parents with dependent children who are at risk of homelessness. Need to be working full-time (35+ hours weekly). Need to have housing already and no rental arrears.
