Provides supports for adults with disabilities to live in the comfort of a JEVS community home and maintain their independence. Services include shopping, cleaning and grooming; financial counseling and money management; access to medical appointments, and help and support for individuals to connect with others in their natural surroundings or to integrate into their communities and participate in activities in the community
