Services include treatment for high blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma, diabetes, and COPD services; gynecological services; pap testing; STD testing, treatment and counseling; HIV testing; family planning; immunizations; drug screening, diet and nutrition services; TB testing; laboratory testing; referral services; employment, school and non-CDL drivers physicals; counseling with a Social Worker; peer support services; application assistance for Medicaid, CHIP, VA and Marketplace Insurance; and community education.
