Provides medication-assisted treatments with suboxone. A patient's treatment program is tailored based on a clinical assessment of his/her needs. Also provides one-on-one therapy offered weekly to all patients. Provides referrals to additional drug and alcohol services, mental health services, and other services as needed. Information provided to patients to assist in reimbursement for doctors visits.
