Provides job-search assistance, guidance, and support to participants. Program participants create a plan of action to gain employment and are offered guidance toward empowerment and self-sufficiency. Offers resources such as The Career Wardrobe, computer labs, life-skills workshops, on-site recruiting events, and individualized attention.
